Overview:
The Bank of America Chicago Marathon is a special event that not only pushes athletes to new heights, but also raises record breaking donations for very deserving causes. Our role was to highlight featured runners and provide a space for them to tell their story and (most importantly) raise donations.
The homepage needed to accomplish a hand-full of tasks. Utilize exciting campaign assets (videos, photography, ect), while making it easy for users to discover runners, and ultimately donate. Our aim was to tell the amazing stories of each runner, in a way that was not only digestible, but always actionable.

Through videos, photography, social posts, quotes, and campaign graphics, we told the motivational story of each runner. The reasons these folks are pushing their bodies, the families behind the runners, and the charities they represent.

We gave users the power to filter and personalize their experience, by sorting runners based on chairity category. It provided tangible groupings that exposed users to more charities, increased engagement, and led to record-breaking donations.
