Overview:
Our small businesses are some of the most important customers in our portfolio. They rely on consistent banking and effective online tools. Our goal was to introduce account options that speak directly to those small business owners. Elevate whats important for specific industries, gain trust, and ultimately secure enrollment.

The Bank has been transitioning into a new more future proof visual identity. As owners of the digital environment, it became our responsabilty to express and evolve the new brand direction.
Everything from video, to color, to even iconography got a refresh. The future of the Bank brand is more vibrant, yet simple and understated. We were lucky enough to be the first to express this new brand through bespoke animated iconography.


Business owners are a unique audience, with a lot of nuance. We needed to be flexible and serve the right resources at the right time. Connection points with a live business specialist were sprinkled throughout the page, while information were served in a segmented and digestible chunks.
